Workshop aims to assist parents in implementing an ABA program for their child. It is an initial training on theory and the implementation of ABA techniques and specific applications for children diagnosed with Autism. The techniques or procedures which are used to reduce or eliminate problem behaviors (such as extinction, redirection, time-out, etc.) will be presented, as well as educational techniques used to teach delayed skills (such as shaping, modeling, chaining, and prompting, etc).
