The 2nd Annual Autism Around the World Symposium offers the opportunity for organizations to be directly involved by means of sponsorship. The following packages have been tailored to appeal to a wide variety of marketing objectives. Sponsorship is not limited to financial support, but can also take the form of provision of support services. If there are other ways in which your organization would like to be involved, we welcome the opportunity to discuss these with.
All Partnership and Sponsorship Packages include the positioning of your logo/visual identity:
1. On the forum’s official website with a hyperlink to your organization’s website.
2. A brief profile (100 words) of your organization within the forum website.
3. In all pre-forum and post forum mailing sent after the time you officially book your partnership/ sponsorship.
4. On the front page of the forum program
5. On all forum press releases
6. On all screen backdrops and conference signage.
7. In the proceedings CD or other alternative means.
8. In the post forum report
Diamond Sponsorship AED 50,000
The Diamond sponsorship offers the following benefits, in addition to the general sponsorship opportunity mentioned above:
• Invitations: 20 complimentary full forum attendee passes to company representatives.
• Training Package: Four free workshops (for up to 20 participants in each workshop)
• Company Logo & Display: Acknowledgment of Your organization as a principal sponsor by inclusion of company Logo and name on all printed and electronic marketing collaterals (Program Brochure, website, Conference Proceeding CDs) of the 2nd Annual Autism Around the World. Sponsorship of lanyards and badges which will be worn by delegates, conference speakers, VIPs and press; and display of organization logo on delegate bags.
• Keynote speaker opportunities: Possibility of providing a keynote speaker (limited availability).
• Acknowledgements: Your organization will be given the opportunity to be represented at the Press conference, along with organization acknowledgement in any press release associated with the Conference.
• Marketing Activities: Recognition of your organization as sponsor in all Conference related marketing efforts. Opportunity for exhibiting organization related product and/or services at Conference registration area (2m x 2m exhibit area). In addition, your premium Marketing and Promotional material will be distributed throughout the Conference along with inclusion of promotional inserts within the conference delegate pack – which will be distributed to all registered delegates of the 3 day conference
• Advertisements: Complimentary full page color advertisement on the Conference Program brochures which will be distributed free-of-cost to all attendees, inclusion of one-page organization profile in the Conference program.
• Signage rights : Approved company signage display at the registration areas of the conference
• Recognition during the program inaugural session.
Platinum Sponsorship AED 25,000
The Platinum sponsorship offers the following benefits:
• Invitations: 10 complimentary full forum attendee passes to company representatives.
• Training Package: Two free workshops for 10 participants
• Company Logo & Display: Acknowledgment of Your organization as a principal sponsor by inclusion of company Logo and name on all printed and electronic marketing collaterals (Program Brochure, website, Conference Proceeding CDs) of the 2nd Annual Autism Around the World. Sponsorship of lanyards and badges which will be worn by delegates, conference speakers, VIPs and press; and display of organization logo on delegate bags.
• Keynote speaker opportunities: Possibility of providing a keynote speaker (limited availability)
• Acknowledgements: Your organization will be given the opportunity to be represented at the Press conference, along with organization acknowledgement in any press release associated with the Conference. Visual and verbal recognition of your organization as gold sponsor during conference – on-screen logo display, presentations, announcements etc

The Gold Sponsorship offers the following benefits, in addition to the above listed benefits:
• Free Forum admission for 4 delegates
• Training Package: one free workshop for 4 participants
• Recognition during the program inaugural session.
• Sponsor snapshot.
• A placement of ‘one’ organization’s banner in the forum halls.
• The insertion of your promotional brochure within the delegate bags.
•Opportunity to give out gift items during the Conference.
•Recognition during the program inaugural session.
Silver Sponsorship AED 5,000
The Silver Sponsorship offers the following benefits, in addition to the above listed benefits:
